Once artwork is approved, delivered, sent to production, or used, the project is considered accepted and is not eligible for a refund.
Full Policy
Custom Design Work Is Non-Refundable
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Vectorio Graphics, including logo design, branding, vehicle wrap design, print design, signage design, digital marketing graphics, production-ready artwork, and any other custom creative services.
1. Agreement to This Policy
By requesting a quote, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, submitting a deposit, approving design work, or allowing work to begin, you agree to this policy unless a separate written agreement signed by Vectorio Graphics states otherwise.
2. No Refunds for Custom Design Services
All payments made to Vectorio Graphics are non-refundable once work has started, a project slot has been reserved, design direction has been reviewed, concepts have been created, revisions have been made, files have been prepared, or final artwork has been delivered. Custom design work is not a returnable product. It requires time, creative labor, planning, communication, file setup, and project-specific decisions that cannot be recovered once performed.
3. Deposits and Upfront Payments
Deposits, retainers, and upfront payments are used to reserve project time and begin creative work. These payments are non-refundable. If a client cancels, delays, changes direction, or chooses not to continue, the deposit remains compensation for time reserved and work performed.
4. Cancellations
A client may request to cancel a project in writing. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for deposits, payments already made, completed work, work in progress, consultation time, design research, project setup, communication time, file preparation, or any other time already invested. If the amount of work performed exceeds the amount paid, Vectorio Graphics may invoice the remaining balance due before releasing any files or continuing future work.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed design direction, not restart the project or create unlimited new concepts. The number and type of revisions included depend on the quote, invoice, package, or written agreement. Major changes in direction, additional layouts, new concepts, new file formats, new sizes, additional mockups, rush requests, or work outside the approved scope may require additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project details, business names, spelling, contact information, brand files, vehicle information, measurements, photos, printer requirements, and any other materials needed to complete the project. Vectorio Graphics is not responsible for delays, rework, printing issues, installation issues, or extra costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or missing information supplied by the client.
7. Approval of Artwork
Once a design is approved verbally, by message, by email, through payment, or by use of the artwork, the approved design is considered accepted. After approval, any changes, corrections, rebuilds, resized files, or additional exports may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
8. Final Files and Delivery
Final files are released only after the required payment has been completed. Vectorio Graphics may withhold editable files, production files, print-ready files, source files, or final artwork until all balances are paid. Delivery of final files does not create a refund right.
9. Printing, Production, Installation, and Third-Party Vendors
Unless specifically stated in writing, Vectorio Graphics provides design services only. Printing, fabrication, vehicle wrap installation, signage production, material selection, color matching, and vendor output are handled by third parties. Vectorio Graphics is not responsible for third-party production errors, color variations, material issues, installation results, vendor delays, measurement issues, or costs charged by printers, installers, or manufacturers.
10. Project Delays and Abandoned Projects
If a client becomes unresponsive, delays feedback, or does not provide needed materials, the project may be paused. If there is no response for 14 days, the project may be placed on hold. If there is no response for 30 days or more, the project may be considered inactive or abandoned. Restarting an inactive project may require a new timeline, updated quote, or reactivation fee.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a concern about a payment or project, contact Vectorio Graphics first so the issue can be reviewed. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in paused work, withheld files, cancellation of future service, and responsibility for any dispute fees, collection costs, or unpaid balances where permitted by law.
12. Limited Exceptions
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, cancellation after work begins, dissatisfaction caused by a change in personal preference, delays caused by missing client information, or approval of incorrect details supplied by the client. Vectorio Graphics may review a billing mistake, duplicate payment, or accidental payment made before work begins. Any exception must be approved in writing by Vectorio Graphics and does not waive this policy for future projects.
13. Policy Updates
Vectorio Graphics may update this policy at any time. The version posted on this page applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Policy FAQ
Quick Answers
A few common questions about payments, cancellations, revisions, and final files.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Once work has begun or project time has been reserved, payments are non-refundable because custom design work requires time, planning, and creative labor that cannot be returned.
What if I cancel before the project is finished?
You may cancel in writing, but deposits and payments already made are not refunded. If completed work exceeds the amount paid, an additional balance may be due before any files are released.
Are revisions included?
Revisions may be included based on the quote, invoice, or project package. Revisions are meant to refine the approved direction. Major changes, new concepts, and additional deliverables may require extra fees.
What if I find a typo after approval?
Clients are responsible for reviewing spelling, contact information, sizes, and all details before approval. Changes requested after approval or delivery may be billed as additional work.
Do you guarantee print or installation results?
No. Unless specifically agreed in writing, Vectorio Graphics provides design services. Printing, production, color output, materials, installation, and vendor work are handled by third parties.
When are final files released?
Final files are released after the required payment has been completed and the project is approved for delivery.
